Proactive and Super Switched On. As an interstate buyer the Professionals Mackay team made my life very easy. The first time I saw the property was 2 weeks after settlement, yet I felt like everything was in very much control. They diligently found me quotes to assist with my renovation and promptly organised tenants at my target rent. Most importantly they’re lovely to deal with and easy to contact. This has actually been the best leasing process I’ve experienced on any of my properties and I’d say going with Professionals Mackay is an absolute no-brainer. You can worry about saving 1% here and there all you want by going with an ordinary PM but it all pales in comparison to the value of a great PM who can get a tenant in earlier (people forget that 1 weeks rent = 2%) at market rent.Shai, Rhiannon and Izzy - thanks so much for your great work!

Great Very personal and obliging in every way, went over and above. Robyn was great in her area knowledge over the process of the sale.Robyn was also very accurate and have great advice on the actual pricing.Robyn went out of her way to assist me throughout the marketing and sale.Robyn organised the cleaning and maintenance of the property to keep it in great condition.

Shai took over the management of our rental property in MacKay late last year. We found Shai easy to work with, very helpful and nothing was too much for her. We recently went though a frustrating, drawn-out insurance claim and Shai worked tirelessly to get all the information we needed for the claim.
