Historically, I have had only a passing interest in art as I didn’t really know much about it. I was dragged along to an exhibition opening at Piermarq and was blown away by the art on display. It was a Chinese artist calls Zhuang Hong Yi and I have never seen anything like it. I ended up purchasing a small work and am champing at the bit to get into a bigger work when I can. I am now a mad art follower, particularly contemporary Australian artists and young up-and-comers that Piermarq introduces me to. It’s definitely worth dropping by the Piermarq gallery in Paddington for a look and a chat with the lovely owners.

My wife and I just purchased our 6th painting from Piermarq. It's an exceptionally personal experience buying works of emerging Australian Artists from Rob and Justin, we couldn't be happier. Already have them on the look out for painting number 7.

Now this art gallery was so awesome the curator and the artist went around and spent time talking to the guests it was a success they had waiters topping up our bubblies and the indoor finger buffet was very appetizing Well done to both the artist and the gallery.
