My daughter went there today to have a Minnie Mouse put on her nail and was told sorry too busy. The girl was so rude and to top it off after paying $70 she would only do one coat of polish so you could see straight through it and she wouldn’t even fix up the fact the the nails were all different lengths. Never again will we go back . She shouldn’t have paid for them in my view and yes she made an appointment it’s not like she just rocked up.

I wanted to get acrylics for my 16th birthday but I wasn't sure what to get. The staff was super helpful and friendly and they showed me some of their designs and from Instagram and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. I was pretty indecisive, but they were super patient with me. All the staff was extremely lovely. The nails turned out amazing and I left the store super happy. Would definitely recommend!

I was disappointed with the quality of my acrylics. I paid $106 for a pedicure with shellac and acrylics with shellac. No joke, the colour on my nails already started peeling the next day. I went with a friend and she also noticed peeling the day after. It hadn’t even been two weeks and I decided to cut them off and file them down myself.My friend and I also felt uncomfortable during our appointment. The nail techs didn’t understand what we wanted and told us they didn’t have time to do acrylics on my friend even though I had called to make the appointment telling them what we wanted. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

I booked in standard pedicures for my sister and I, which cost $28 each. NOT SHELLAC, and they tricked us into choosing shellac colours and overcharged us for $55 each!!!I don't advise anyone to go here anymore, the new management" refuse to allow the use of the old vouchers

They do NOT treat all customers the same. I was sent a link to review so now you know.And your receptionist has never made an effort to make it right. Unfortunately you I come with 4 others that came but now none of us ever will return
