Slow, rude, judgemental, poor service, no care. Wouldnt go to this chemist if it was the last one of earth. All the staff were lazy, super slow and just not nice. Needs some work.

This has to the worst pharmacy I have ever been in. The floor staff do not have any idea about customer service to busy talking to one another i didn’t see a smile from one staff member, they might be wearing masks but you can still see there facial expressions, no good afternoon I’ll be with you in a moment nothing but long faces. Three female pharmacist working and all laughing and talking, how about getting your job done you have your customers watching you. Prices are outrageous. I come back after 10 minutes and stood waiting to pick up a prescription for 5 minutes without even being recognised, two shop girls we’re having a conversation at next counter. It might be the only pharmacy but I’m happy to drive a extra 5 minutes for good service and better prices.

Worst chemist ever. Rude. Unhelpful. If you order a certain medication they make you feel like a junkie. If you ask for a certain medication and they don’t have it - they just dismiss you. Worst pharmacy in the area. Don’t go there. Try Altona. Or Seabrook. Do not go here.

Easily one of the worst customer experience who’ll have. No acknowledgement that you are waiting. Consistently struggle to greet you or say hello. All I wanted was a stat Dec signed. Took 45 minutes. Now clearly it’s not a priority but it’s a 1 minute proposition and some acknowledgment of the delay would have been really appreciated.

PharmaSave is my local pharmacy, i am a regular customer with multiple medication purchases. However, today i was 'serviced' by a female staff member (short dark hair with black glasses), the pharmacy was quiet nonetheless on both occasions of dropping and picking up my scripts i was completely disregarded. This staff lacked basic customer relations, was extremely slow with her service whilst speaking to other staff about her lunch break, and i was further informed with incorrect information. I am a business owner and would be appalled to know my customers were treated in such a poor manner. Unfortunately, i would travel an extra 10 minutes to the next pharmacy than come back to PharmaSave.

This is a busy but very well staffed pharmacy. The team are always so delightful even though every time I visit they seem to be faced with a rude customer or two. They are so patient and go out of their way to help. A little bit of kindness and patience from customers would go a long way to make everyone's life easier.

I’ve been here multiple times because I have no other choice. Every single time- slowest service I’ve ever experience. Doesn’t matter if there’s one person or twenty waiting. Always at least half hour wait. Ridiculous.

Terribly managed chemist, understaffed and disorganised. Don't bother going here unless you want to wait an hour for anything behind the counter.

90% of my time instore is positive..Yet ..Certain staff members ( no names need be mentioned) are just rude , dismissive I've witnessed them very condescending to other customers whether they beOld ..Young .FatSkinnyOh and over opinuated on depending on the medication prescribed ..No shame.Customer service is a very testing job which I understand..Yet ..How about the 10% miserable staff that are employed there ..Think and reconsider a new career ..Be happy ..Just a hello and smile is free and can change a person's day ..Just saying ..
