I got my roots bleached and my hair trimmed into a short bob. I couldn't be happier! So quick and the cut was even better than I had imagined. I've always struggled finding a hairdresser that can cut my hair flawlessly so I'm happy I've found this salon

I have been going to this salon since it opened back in 2018. I have regrowth and wash & blow-dry done every 4/5 weeks, foils every 3 months and Keratin and cut as needed.Bobby and her staff are always friendly and welcoming with both their regulars and the walk-in clients.

The whole experience was fantastic. My hair went from dull grey/white roots to a full colour revamp with foils.I would definitely recommend this salon.

Very bad costumer service. First time went there a month ago and they made me like “ oh no more to come here”. Specially both main hairdresser although the junior girls were nice with good manner. Charged $200 for keratin treatment only and when I requested to trim my hair with my style. They talked the way like making a fun with me. This is not going to shut you. Don’t assume yourself with the poster girl. ( message to you who said this to me I have to carry my style and feedback by myself not you and when you taking money for that job and why you can’t do job?). No not again.

I attended here last Wednesday for a hair dye, trim, wash, blow dry, and straighten. Bobby and her team did an amazing job with my hair. I loved it, and the customer service experience was 10/10.

I specifically said 5 times I did not want to be jet black hair, picked the colour 4 natural black on the chart infront of two workers. Main women in charge confirmed 3 times it wouldn’t be jet black. They left the colour in my hair for 40 minutes. Once she started drying it my hair you could see it was Jet Black and in the sun it confirms that it’s jet black. Disappointed and do not recommend this place whatsoever.

I wouldnt even give this place a one star. The asian lady who ran the business is so rude, never go with the customers request. They charge too much with very poor service. Very disappointed. Today they just lost 4 more customers no way we are coming back. They think charging too much will make them earn more. Cannot stop commenting about the customers hair , why not just do your job and do what your customer requested you to do. Very disappointed rude. See it try it for yourself. And also they dont bloody care if your hair getting pulled so much and getting hurt. So annoyed! Not worth paying these people for disappointment!

Bobby is extremely talented when it comes to hair coloring, she is able to achieve amazing ashy blonde highlights! my hair is very dark and tends to revert to reds (which I don't want!) but not only I end up with stunning color but my hair remains healthy! great prizing too! it does get very busy so you need to allocate time :) legend!
