The staffs are very rude !!! Especially the one called Natasha ( sounds like this one but not sure ). She just hang up my call straight away. Waiting for four months for a tourist visa for a wedding after proving all the required information and having travelled to Australia before.Have Absolutely no care for people or their time. There’s absolutely No way to contact an officer or get any sort of help through an actual human.You call for help and none of the customer services reps are qualified to advise you and are never willing to help you. Every thing just directs you to their website.You can see from the reviews that this is probably one of the least efficient and careless immigration centres out there. They have no respect for you or your mental health. Ive spent nights in tears because my sister cant make it to our wedding thanks to you. Why cant you hire more people and ensure every application gets a fair go without racism. Really disappointed as a citizen.

The male I spoke to had no intention of helping me.I explained I could not understand his accent. Immediately started saying if I didn't follow his instructions for accessing the website, he would disconnect the call. He certainly gave the impression that he was looking for reasons not to help.Must enjoy treating people in a rude and disrespectful manner.

Just received a refusal decision for a student visa application with the wrong courses mentioned. I do not know what 'streamlining' process the department is doing but i really expected the department to do better. I had rather wait a bit longer for a decision to be made instead of having to deal with this refusal, whats surprising is that WA announced they wanted more students here too so clearly the state and federal government are not communicating to each other.

My agent loge visa for my dad to visit me down here every paperwork needed to fill in we did and they refused the application I call them up why they refused all I get is oh I can not give you information about anything really I need explanation and how can I help dad get is visa all I get was re apply wt

Very slow visa processing. People who are eligible also have to wait too much time to be granted PR why is this happening?? Some are getting PR in one day some with proper work and experience are waiting many years is it even fair?? How do you even judge an application based on what criteria?? So dissatisfied with the visa processing and wait period, plus it is disappointing to live and work in Western Australia all other states are getting PR so quickly while in WA we have to wait forever and even when the document is already assessed and s56 requested you have already uploaded the document and still have to wait 2-3 months for the case officer to open the file again omg so annoying why it’snt possible to check the document as soon as it’s been uploaded why so long time to recheck the documents it’s beyond frustrating to wait and check the immi account daily.

Efficient process n friendly staff. Can check in 20mins before appointment.

Staff is very rude and not answer the questions. Even hang phone when asking questions on helpline. NO acknowledgments on feedback. Its not look like staff is working in Australia. As i know and my experience Australian government agencies always helpful to customers . But department of home affairs has ever worst number of staff right now.

Applied for a role. Was aware they needed help as totally understaffed. Time for a career change - and guess what did not even get to the interview stage. Maybe overqualified I can’t figure it out what a joke. Good luck with your team of underachievers, and to the customer trying to deal with you knobs.New government but same, same.
