Absolutely a terrible business to deal with.As a trades person I purchased over $500 of door rollers that are mostly faulty.I have to go back to the job and replace rollers at my exspense and time.Have contacted there sales rep so many times to discuss the issue. The manager wipes his hands of the problem as I understand .I have tried to call the manager many times and can't get through.I have been into the shop several times and asked for the manager and I am told there not in at the moment .Highly recommend any tradies to shop elsewhere
