Worst customer service. Worst technical support.Slow, ineffective. Their staff don’t know anything. Everything has to be escalated. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

After our phone system went down SpringCom quickly came to the rescue diverting our main system to mobiles and then promptly sorting a much more streamline and user friendly system ready to go once plugged in - easy! Very easy to ring and/or email SpringCom with a speedy response. The whole process has been so good and so nice to take the stress away when it comes to communication. I can not thank Libby and the SpringCom team enough for all the help, tech assistance and advice they have given. Thanks again SpringCom and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of an uncompleted and reliable way to carry out your communication needs. So much thanks. Couldn't agree with the last review from Anna more. If I could give minus stars I would. We've been with Springcom for about 2 months. Worst mistake ever made. New week, different problem. From the internet they sell but we can't get, to the phone lines being all over the place. The customer support is off shore, so don't expect any. Their parent company Infiniti badgers you to sign up, which we did, for 3 years!! They promise everything, but can't deliver.

SpringCom has been fantastic for our small business. We were previously with a large telco and had a range of issues, particularly when we moved offices. We switched to SpringCom and have received a much better service tailored to small business. Any problems/questions, they're support is always available and ensure everything's resolved.

Very happy with our phone system. Not only is it affordable but it's everything we wanted. The after-sales support is also tremendous. Back a company who cares about their reputation because SpringCom and their partners are doing a fantastic job at that!

Have had service for 6 months. Have had some teething and technical issues now resolved. Tech support is helpful - especially Abdallah, who has tried very hard to go above and beyond.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! We have 2 businesses under contract with this company. If I could only turn back time!!! They are great at charging you for ANYTHING they can find; when the internet doesn't work, they blame it on the NBN!!; when one of their technicians comes to you to fix THEIR mistake, they still charge you for it at top rate (and tell you to buy dongles, routers and everything else possible!!!); all their call centres are overseas (I hear roosters crowing in the background - how unprofessional!), so they have no idea on how to fix anything in AUSTRALIA... basically you have no chance of receiving any help with ANYTHING, until they send a technician out to charge you for it!!!; they don't give you any advice on how to return their obsolete equipment, just so they can keep charging you their monthly rental component... and I can keep going!!!!!!! I cannot stand this company... if anyone signs a 5-year contract, where they are locked in AND CAN'T GET OUT... and have to put up with their lies and constant excuses (from the veil of their faceless, overseas telephone line), YOU ARE ALL STUPID, GULLIBLE FOOLS!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Unprofessional rip-off merchants that should be put out of business! 1 star isn't even deserved!!

Both Francis & Morie helped our office out recently while we did a big transition to working from home for a 4 month period and then back to the office. They were both very kind, informative and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was covered off on, even if it wasn’t something our office was thinking of at the time. All of their efforts are greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work! :-)

Infiniti have been fantastic since we commenced business with them. They are attentive, professional and keen to assist with any issues, simple or complex. Libby from infiniti is our Accounts Manager and is brilliant. Libby was very patient with us when we changed our mind about what parts we required to start up as we made a number of changes and asked a lot of questions. The tech support is excellent and they are always positive, polite and knowledgeable. Contract costs are reasonable and have lots of options to suit different businesses. I would highly recommend Infiniti to business customer.

Moved my business to SpringCom after poor service with Telstra. Every aspect of the service is better. Sales, Customer service, Support, Service stability. I held off making the switch for a while, worried the process might affect my business however it was completely painless and I was without phones for maybe 5-10 minutes. My previous service would drop out for a lot longer than that for no reason on a regular basis. Very happy customer.
