I followed Fresh House for years on social media… styling stalking just for fun… so I knew I wanted their styling services when it was time to sell our cottage.Bel’s friendly mannerism and prompt communication confirmed it was the right choice. The team were accommodating and flexible with working in with our timing. With a lot of taste… unlike other styling you may see, Fresh House has taste and you can really see that thought has gone into the styling not just cut and paste styling. From behind the scenes communication with Bel & Jess, Mim’s walk-through meeting, install and styling with Mim & Indi, amazing team work by all including the moving helpers made it a smooth and easy process. Fresh house co. provided a fantastic service for staging our home for sale. Bel is lovely and kind she also understood what we were trying to achieve with the vibe. Indi was the senior stylist on the day and she did beautiful work. This company uses good quality furniture and art. We lived in that home for 22 years and after staging still felt like 'home' but with fresh styling. If you want your styling to look fantastic and not ' grey cushion, grey cushion, matching grey art work ' then go with Fresh.

Bel and her team were very, very communicative, receptive and flexible. They were enthusiastic, professional and punctual. Their styling really helped to sell our property ... the photos were excellent and we sold after 2 opens. After following Fresh House Co. on instagram for around 6 months prior to sale I was convinced that I wanted them to style our property. Their feed aesthetic was consistent and homes seemed to be styled to perfection.In all honesty I wish I could say we were as thrilled with the service as the other reviews on here but unfortunately we were disappointed.Our home was a character villa and I have seen similar homes styled by fresh beautifully. In our case for some reason the furniture chosen was modern and did not suit the era of the home nor complement the space. The large bedrooms looked very empty so I requested additional furniture/ rugs to be added as it looked empty and unfinished.The dining setting was very modern and the light coloured laminate looking table and chairs clashed with the timber in the kitchen. The lounge was small and looked disproportionate in the space.To be fair the bed linen throughout was lovely and the fouth bedroom was styled beautifully but if anything it just highlighted what was was lacking in the rest of the home as no other room felt as complete.I had raised my concerns with the company and initially was told it would be a few hundred dollars extra to return and add a bathroom mirror or I could buy one at Kmart. I also expressed my feelings about the furniture choices as mentioned above. They agreed to come back and add the pieces at their expense but it should have been planned properly the first time.I'm still unsure why the furniture chosen was not in character with the home but we accepted that it was too late to change this.The customer service aspect was disappointing. I am not usually one to complain.Unfortunately we only get one chance to make a first impression on a buyer and I know we did not put our best foot forward in this scenario.We did not choose this company based on price as we had quotes that were a lot less but we thought we were paying for the attention to detail and premium furniture options to suit a character home.

We have had the pleasure of engaging Fresh House Co to style our last few properties prior to photographing.We had previously worked with Indi on a job and love her fun personality, ability to listen but still being able to “push” our interiors by her clever styling and simplistic architectural style that suits our Interiors and Builds at Klemm Homes.Her ability to personally style each property uniquely has been instrumental in both properties, maximising their sales and photoshoots for our internal use.We love that their styling makes our work shine and not look too busy or cluttered.Indi is a true professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.We would happily recommend Fresh House Co to anyone who is looking for a stylist for their home with great vision and someone who collaborates with the client!
