James created a drainage solution at the front of my property that resolved significant water ingress problems that had other operators stumped.. His solution stood up to the recent rain bomb event also. Well done and would use again.

I contacted Cascade CDG one evening after we started having symptoms of a blocked sewer. James and Zoe were the first to respond the next morning, of the bunch of plumbers I contacted about my emergency, and while he was fully booked, he dropped everything to get me a subcontractor capable of fixing our issue. By lunch time, everything was back to normal. James is courteous and really puts his customers first, I was very impressed by how quickly he was able to sort me out. Highly recommended!

Cannot recommend James enough! Reliable, easy going, and really efficient. He has helped us out big time with getting our house functioning again after being destroyed in the floods. Highly recommend!
