Man!, I have to say that we just had Benny's 2 inch thick (cut as requested) Scotch Fillet steaks on the Weber Baby Q. It was to die for! Tender as and succulent. We were heading home to Sydney after a week in Eden and came across this butchery in Cobargo a few days ago. Staff were extra friendly and chatty to boot. Nothing like this is Sydney of course.
