Big Store. Plenty of parking.Plenty of bargains.

Shelves well stocked. Staff o.k. male cashier learning and didnt know how to pack items (causes creases). Tutor didn't know either. Bad form.Floors need good vacumn & wash, esp around and under shelving

Not an avid attendant of Big W so I was met with immense shock when I entered the Ballarat Big W establishment of an evening.The in-house PA system sounded absolutely dreadful across the entire floor space. The sound was heavily distorted, particularly in the lower frequencies however was present throughout the entire spectrum. The distortion also compressed and saturated the sound to unacceptable levels.The distortion was present on all the speakers I heard throughout the store leading me to believe the fault was from the either the amplifier (likely one of the 100v line distributor systems present in many retail spaces) or the playback system has a serious fault.I bequest management of Big W to look into the issue as it greatly impacted my shopping experience in a negative way. I did not want to lounge upon the shopping space and see what Big W had on offer apart from the mars bars on sale for $1 at checkout.

Great department store. Everything and more!!! Great prices and to search for that special something. Car parking is close and busy so plan your trip.

I shop here quite often and some products are of good value,but many if not most are overpriced.usually I find the staff to be very friendly,however after calling to politely enquire about the status of a click and collect order,the woman at the service desk was incredibly rude from the moment she answered,for absolutely no reason.I understand that Christmas is a stressful time of year,but it's no excuse to treat customers with disrespect.

Plenty of discounts, big store, lots of Carpark space outside

Unhelpful & rude staff. Waited way to long for someone to help at the party desk! Asked numerous times for help. Wasted way to much time waiting. Ridiculous!
