Reform Studios - Reformer & Mat Pilates

I have been going to Reform Studios for the last five years. I love this place! I love the people and I love what it has done for my health and happiness. This is not a typical Pilates studio, there is a warm and welcoming community of instructors and clients as well as an ever-evolving approach to making your experience the best it possibly can be. I highly recommend giving this place a try, it has been a game changer for me! So much love!

The best bespoke pilates studio around. So accommodating when I had an injury they made modifications for me to help support it. The instructors are such beautiful people and so caring. Highly recommend, the personal instruction is so much better than just watching screens. ❤

Reform Studios is a real community of lovely instructors with great knowledge and equipment. We all feel like they really care about your achievements and tailor all exercise for an individual’s needs if required. They offer lots classes every day so that is a real selling point for me to be able to pick and choose my times in between my busy work schedule. Situated next to coffee shops, you can grab your fix with friends after morning classes too. It always looks pretty too.

Reform Studio’s Pilates has changed my life. Three years ago I was struggling with some of the basics of life due to fibromyalgia and scoliosis. I was in pain and losing more confidence with every year. Reform Studio’s Pilates has turned a lot of that around and I can do things that were missing from my life for a decade or more.Scott and the team were amazing. They gave me the personal attention I needed to allow me to gain enough strength to join the and keep up with the regular classes. They are aware of the limitations I still have due to my illnesses and continually give me modified instructions if they feel an exercise would be beyond my capabilities.I feel safe and supported from this wonderful team.Michelle

Reform Studios is great - I’ve been going for more than 2 years. All the instructors are excellent and flexible class booking system is great for me given no two weeks look exactly the same. There are lots of different class types and styles so it’s not possible to get bored. They welcome a broad range of ages and classes cater for various levels. I can’t recommend them more highly.

I've practised mat and reformer Pilates at a number of Brisbane studios but none compare to Reform in Mitchelton. Class sizes are capped at 12 and instructors make an effort to get to know each client so you never feel like a number" as you might at the big commercial gyms. Classes are varied and there are always options depending on your ability

has changed ownership - you have to book your classes every week but can only book a week before exactly on the hour of when the class starts. If you want to cancel you have to give 7 days notice otherwise cancellation fees are incurred? Absolutely ridiculous and of course the new owners have increased the prices
