Very rude, waited 2 hours for my appointment - not a single apology but was treated with even further abuse and derogatory comments. Mind you, I didn't make a single complaint but it was clear the hairdresser wasn't happy about staying back to do my hair which was at no fault of my own but rather the salon's own lack of care and competence. I left with a kind 'thank you' and very little words spoken, feeling awfully attacked but we (my friends and family) will not be returning.
