Royal Park Salvage

Firstly didn't lodge demolition approval by council. Worked on ANZAC Day 1030am said they had to finish salvage & they work when they want NOW NOT DOING anything else till 5th May what disgraceful workers, this is my 2nd review the 1st was deleted by the business.

Left our block in an absolute shambles. Partially ripped out a retaining wall that should have been left in place, but then failed to demolish a random staircase at the back of the block (that was supposed to be cleared of all structures). Can you guys honestly say you are proud of how you left this site?It looks completely unfinished, not to mention the potential damage that has been caused to that huge gumtree.What a mess.

Very disappointed. Estimator never turned up to quote. That was over 3 weeks ago.

This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism. Their site emitted so much dust that it covered my car in concrete dust while parked in secure, undercover and contained parking in the adjacent apartment building to their site, on the second floor. After reporting this to the company and asking for them to have my car cleaned, their site supervisor palmed me off for 10 days, ignoring phone calls, texts and emails. Eventually it reached their director, who I was advised was not going to resolve the issuesimply because I had raised the issue with the council. I had to pay to have my car professionally cleaned to get rid of the concrete dust, which is incredibly abrasive. Absolutely shocking that these sorts of companies exist in this country.

Did not start as scheduled. Did not call to say so. Kept delaying. Happened several times. Promised to start 'within a few days', ...'next week', .... in the end, never happened for 2 months!Boss (Frank) verbally promised me a 10% discount. Refused to honour this after demolition done. Threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay full amount and took lien on property despite me paying the agreed 90%.Workers and actual demolition were fine.

Very happy with the work done to demolish my property and make it ready for a rebuild. Very accommodating team, always returned calls and answered questions quickly, completed ahead of schedule, safely, and cleaned up the site. Also their pricing was the best I could find.

Well organised and professional. Great communication. The job was done quickly and they left the block spotless and level. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Just demolished my house and really happy with the whole process. Great customer service from the PM Kate and then the boys on site didn't put a foot wrong. I was really worried about two walls we had on the boundaries (one of them was already leaning towards the neighbours property and the other was connected next to my neighbour's exposed aggregate driveway.) but the guys are pros and took care of it with no damage.

The guys that were involved in our demolition were very accommodating and professional. They were very careful not to damage surrounding properties. Prices were good. Property is clean and ready to go.Make sure you communicate any unusual requests early.
