I wouldn't even rate this place one star... the attitude of the sales women was absolutely disgusting. For someone who is comission based you would think they would be inviting and friendly not rude.....

I couldn’t of asked for a better service! The lovely ladies at Cessnock Optus were amazing, great customer service, all laughs and smiles throughout and I came out with a great deal on my new phone! Highly recommend!

Went in in mid March for first time asking about a locked phone (Optus) and if I could just change Sim over ..tried to convince me I needed to buy a new one at $599 ..left and went to another Optus store who shook their heads and made me a new SIM for free ..2nd and last experience wasn't much better ..

poor after sales service. We have had nothing but issue after issue transferring our service across because it appears the account wasn't transferred properly. When I contact them, I get referred to tech support.

Staffed by two girls who really look like they rather be elsewhere. No smiles, no customer service. I'm a long time customer and went in to upgrade my plan as phone, and it was five with such disinterest and lack of manners. This is why i do all of my OPTUS dealings over the phone. Advice: Take away the dirty red lounges that line the wall and they may actually bother to get off them to help people.
