Great customer service. I had an issue with a product tearing after a short period of time. The manufacturer wouldn’t warrant a replacement but Roxy was kind enough to issue a replacement anyway. I would highly recommend this company

Hello Rc Construction PeopleJust let you know i purchase a new ExcuvatorThe 1592 it is a beast it picks up big loads and on some hard surfaces Great fun just like the real thing .i got the front end loader as well also Outstanding with its load capacity and 4x4 handlingRockabeez was great to deal with and the people toand customer service was great so so helpful ..i will be buying more from them thats for Sure
