Imo Rothwell Car Wash

My car was extremely dirty and the wash was exceptional. I paid $25 which was worth every cent. Thank you!

Rude individual staff member who has absolutely NO care or respect for customers. I wash my car there 2 times per week but since changing hands recently the customer service is bad. Don't follow the opening hours on their website as they open and close when ever they want to!I will not be returning to the Rothwell business nor will my family members who also visit that establishment often.

I paid $25 for the ultra hd and they could not even clean my mag wheels properly, not to mention dirt left on chasis.

BE CAREFUL OF YOU WHEELS!I have previously supported this local business. On two occasions I received scratches on the rear drivers side wheels going through the car wash.. I had them repaired perfectly by a tyre shop. I stopped taking my vehicle there for that reason. Recently I took my wife's car for a quick wash before we headed for a weekend away. After i preceded to the vacuum bay to Chamois dry the car, i noticed a massive 10cm scratch on the the rear drivers side wheel. We filled an incident report with the attendant. IMO contacted me for an independent review. My wheel was scratched by metal to metal contact. IMO refused responsibility, as they believe it is impossible for their car track to do this. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE ALLOY WHEELS OR MAGS. See my photo.

IMO has gone down hill since the new owner has taken over. Prices have gone up, and service has gone downhill. You would understand one or the other, but not both.The vacuums don't work either. I've spent $8 dollars on 2x separate occasions at multiple vacuums and they just do not work.I recommend Hoppys in Kallangur.

Amazing car wash! They did my car wash and vacuum. Great staff and amazing piece of work. it only cost me $35 and 20 minutes! Thank you IMO carwash! Definitely going back!

Since changing hands this car wash has gone to the dogs.Wash consisted of being put straight through the machine.No attempt was made to clean the windows or mirrors with a soapy broom like before.Windscreen and mirrors were still dirty after the wash.No cars there when I arrived whereas before new owners cars were lined up waiting. If I could give zero star rating I would.

Car was NOT cleaned. Dirt still on front end and windscreen was still dirty also

This car wash Is bad do not recommend! Service has progressively gotten worse. Paid $17 for car wash and they only washed the sides. Leaving the front, top and back dirty. Went back to correct and guy refused to fix it. Stay away if you love your car and don’t want your money wasted.
