Ordered takeaway and were quite disappointed. Based on the reviews we were expecting really good quality food, however, it didn't feel fresh. I had chicken katsu donburi which was just ok. My boyfriend had salmon sushi and left half the pieces (not out of being full).

Ordered a simple uber eats and got half of a miso soup portion, hard and chewy salmon and normal grain rice in all of the items (salmon sushi, salmon aburi sushi and baby roll). And the baby roll rice was soooo not a sushi rice that they overcooked and it turned into a rice pqste around the rolls. Disgusting and a joke. Will never order from this places again.

The food is tasty and we really liked the tempura veggies. The serving sizes are ok, but the two of us would have still been hungry if we had only ordered one main meal each, so it was lucky we decided to order the tempura veggies as well (although that made the meal more expensive than we would have liked and there is a surcharge on credit cards so we paid cash).

Their tempuras and chicken katsu (all the deep fried dishes) are really delicious. I think I had the best tempuras here at Ten Japanese Cuisine although I have been to multiple Japanese restaurants around Sydney that were a lot higher priced. All the other food such as sushi, bento boxes, sashimi were really fresh and also of a very high quality. This is my favourite Japanese restaurant.

Very expensive food, the ratio between price and quality is unbalanced, some of the chicken served at this restaurant is conditionally raw, though non-meat options of sushi and sashimi are slightly better quality. Solid three stars - Sushi Fanatic

Always a go to restaurant in the neighbourhood. Always really enjoy the teriyaki chicken and chicken katsu. Their bento boxes are absolutely amazing for a good dinner. For a light lunch, I recommend any of their sushi rolls. They also have a 'special sushi roll' which has crab meat and salmon aburi on top of each roll. This is the best sushi roll I have ever tested.

Had lunch there today and it was amazing. Superb hand rolls and the most delectable sushi and sashimi. This place serves the most fresh and succulent fish. The service was perfect by being attentive when needed and then just disappeared to allow us to enjoy our lunch.

Sushi was okay , the Sashimi looked a generous serve but was sitting on a large bed of carrot- $70 for 2 people- was a good deal more than I usually spend on take away sushi
