Ace Body Corporate Management (Head Office)

Very disappointed with the response from Ace Head Office. I see I'm not the only one! We had a number of issues with our manager at the Ringwood office and their response was pathetic. I sent Daniel an email, to which he never responded. Another owner spoke to him on the phone and was told, nothing we can do, the manager's resigned so see you later. I will never be using any Ace branch for services at any of my properties again!And don't bother asking me to contact you with all the details, I have given you this. Daniel has my phone number if he wishes to actually respond!I would certainly NOT describe the management we received from Ace as successful". I and other property owners have had ongoing issues with the manager for years!I was aware that Daniel was overseas initially but he has since returned. No matter who else he spoke to

These people are beyond useless. I had a property under their management and it took them over 2 years to fix a safety issue. It took me numerous phone calls and emails to the office (had to get aggressive in order for them to reply) and in the end I just hired a contractor to fix up the work and email the invoice to them. They did reimburse me because it was obviously their responsibility.I sold my property over 6 months ago and they still haven't updated their database and still sending me invoices.This place is a joke, avoid buying a property if they are managing it

Ace Body Corporate Head Office have always been able to answer my enquiries if any queries or issues have arisen in our OC, which has been happily managed by the company for over 5 years. We hope to continue our relationship as we have experienced crucial and vital changes within our OC which would not have been detected without the experienced management service guiding us through the hurdles of common property.

Long timer owner of a unit managed by ACE - received great communication from the GM Daniel Hunt when there was an internal dispute among owners. Highly recommend! Daniel was very knowledgeable and particularly helpful despite not actually being an Owners Corporation manager himself.

Shame on this body corporate for letting ~1000L of water per day be wasted. This water wastage has been ongoing for 28 days and counting. That's 28000L or almost 31 tonnes of water to date.

ACE Head Office in conjunction with their local office went out of their way to help me as I recently completed my first multi unit development. ACE stepped me through the various stages of registering the plan of subdivision, arranging insurance, and preparing a draft budget for presales. Their draft budget was a direct match with the approved budget after the first AGM, so there was no hidden surprises for the new owners. I was very happy with the overall service of ACE and will use again for my next development.

I am very satisfied with the overall experience of dealing with Ace Head Office and would also recommend the services of their franchised offices. I live in an body corporate that has been managed by an Ace franchisee for over 5 years and the service level has been fantastic during this time.I also have an investment property that is not currently managed by Ace and it was brought to my attention that my tenant was causing excessive noise for other owners. I read an article on the Ace website about how to deal with noise complaints in body corporates and I was able to address the problem following the simple steps.Well done Ace, keep up the good work.

Wish you could give no stars or negative, we have maitenance issues which are ignored and they cannot answer simple questions without riddles of refer to plan of subdivision or our contract deals with this on page 4? Having dealt with other mangers with other properties these would be the worst. If you need a manager we have found Victoria Body Corporate the most professional and always give us straight answers. Avoid ACE at all costs....

I have given up attempting in any way whatsoever in trying to work through the Committee for the property or the Ace Body Corp Manager to have my Lot managed legally. It is a cat and mouse game to get any information and the OC Manager does not have the necessary boundaries between his role and the Committees role, in my view. It is a nightmare for me. and other owners. I view the situation as corrupt, not in any fraud sense, but in the deliberate manipulation that takes place to prevent any open transparency and an owner exercising their basic rights. I can see it no other way than the OC Manager protects to Committee to the detriment of the whole ownership group. The people that service my car, worth $7,000, provide me with more information and abide by industry standards, including legal, than Ace Body Corporate do, where my property is worth just under $500,000. I posted one star because the system wouldn't accept no star.

In terms of a speccific problem within my apartment in Brighton (which was a building fault) I cannot underestimate the time taken by Emily Murray, Strata Manager, Mordialloc in coordinating inspection and then repair by the company under warranty. A good constant update was so beneficial to an owner with restraints of travel between regional Victoria and Brighton. Many thanks Emily and I wish you well.
