Went in for a casual look around to see if this was the pamper place for me, service was terrible, it made me feel that the staff thought I couldn't afford to be there, your loss day spa, weekly spoiling was exactly why I went in.

Rude attitude towards customers,over charge through customer's credit card.Having two different rules and policies about service they provide.Put customer on call black list after taking away money,so rude!!!I have been so many spas,never met anyone like this before,whoever working on 17/03/2021 at Wellspring Shepparton Branch as a receptionist was extremely rude!Be away from that lady,pals!She promised us to return our money but never did,and put us on black list and get away from talking to us,and was saying my English was too poor to understand,haha,WHAT A JOKE!?I thnink I speak better than what she does!She was rude and racist,I can sue you,lady!

OMG!!!! This is the absolute best day spa I have ever been to. As a self confessed spa junkie I have visited spas all over the world only to discover that the best of the best is in Shepparton. Thank you so much ladies. Your professionalism and compassion has changed my terrible week into a fabulous one. I couldn't fault it. Thank you, thank you, thank you

I have had many good to great experiences at wellsprings, but today was amazing!Starting off in the serenity lounge and watching and being immersed in the bird life was a great prelude to what was the best facial experience with Alyssa! Her attention detail, gentle nature and expertise left me feeling relaxed and youthful! Always great to be greeted by a friendly face in Carla!I recommend a visit on your own or with a friend!

The staff aren't overly friendly and twice now have had my eyebrows totally messed up when getting a wax - won't be coming back
