We partner with CBB for more than 5 years but only recently we decided to have the full package. We couldn't be happier with the decision. The service is well managed and ensure we offer the best opportunities to our staff maximise their remuneration package.

Their process is really untrustworthy. I sent my change of deduction form several times. But, they didn't process. As a result, my salary packaging didn't work and they stll charge fee. If you submit any form by their email, call them and confirm if they receive form. DO NOT trust their email submission system. Also, after you submit and get the confirmation email, DO NOT Trust. Due to their very proor service, I paid around 20% income tax as this is my second job. They didn't check their inbox properly. Even if I received the confirmation email, they said they didn't receive it. They are a liar or very lazy. If I have other option, I'd like to change the service provider.Update: CBB said they will charge fee even if my salary packaging wasn't processed due to their mistake. Also, the confirmation email is just austomatic email. When we submite the change form, we MUST triple and fourth chaeck if they process properly. Otherwise, NO salary packaging but fee.

It's about time I share my thoughts of this company , I've only needed to deal with them a hand full of times in the 3 yrs they've been serving me and that's only as I've changed details or loans etc .Everytime I've been taken care of by friendly , knowledgeable , patient and supportive staff and its so refreshing these days especially with the world we are dealing with at the moment.Thank you all so much its so appreciatedDavid.
