Tryst for Hair

Terrible experience, I made an appointment to get my hair coloured, i told the lady on the phone that I have natural Black hair and I wanted to go brown, she said it’s fine and made the booking for Friday and paid the deposit $75.Friday morning i received a message asking if i could reschedule as the hairstyles was sick and moved my appointment to Saturday. I went there on Saturday and they told me they can’t do my hair because it’s so dark and It needed bleach and if i do that I might end up with damaged hair, I asked If she can do anything about it and she said sorry no, which seems unprofessional not everyone has light hair and if you can’t deal with every hair colour and type don’t call yourself a professional then.Anyway, i asked if I could get my deposit back. They said no you can’t because you cancelled. I told them you the one who said you can’t do it not me and they told me sorry that’s the policy of the salon.TERRIBLE experience It was my first and definitely the last time there.

I'm relatively new to Tryst and Hayley has been the fabulous hairdresser colouring and cutting my hair . Can I say my colours/ foils have been great, and last over time with none of that blonde brassiness which I don't like . I highly recommend Hayley as she is experienced and does a fabulous job of cutting and colouring my hair ..

Brad at Tryst is amazing! The salon has a great vibe, very relaxing and felt very comfortable with Brad doing my hair. He listens to what you want and has so much experience that he knows exactly what to do. Would definitely recommend trying them out and booking an appointment. I have had my hair cut, coloured and a Keratin treatment here and all experiences have been excellent. Thanks Brad and Tryst!

This was the first time visiting this salon and the service provided did not disappoint. Piper was excellent. She took the time to understand my past hair history, what I wanted to achieve and discussed what options I had to ensure there was minimal potential damage to my locks. Best experience with a hairdresser in a really long time. Piper listened gave realistic expectations and added her own ideas and delivered a colour and style I was thrilled with. The amount of care and time spent showed. The entire saloon all the staff truly cared and ensure the whole experience was wonderful.
