Have successfully used this business for the installation of 9 large double hang windows in my apartment. The work was completed quick and efficiently and the windows provided superior temperature control to my apartment and the new style (suggested by them) allowed brilliant airflow through the property transforming my living space.

Terrible business! Had horrible experience with this company, they installed all of our windows with the glass inside out, when confronted they just straight out lied and said it’s “normal”, even though the specification is very clearly written for the glass are to be installed the other way round. The business owner has no integrity or honesty. Now only 2 years after, I have had to replace 2 of the window glazing as they just cracked from the edge most likely from thermal stress, which likely would not have happened if they installed the glass the correct way, and the first thing the glass replacement installer said when they came was “why is the glass installed the wrong way?”! Buyer beware!

Absolutely horrible!!!! I DO NOT recommend this business! I have suffered a horrible experience with this business and they are the rudest people have ever dealt with. They do not explain things properly when you inquire, they take your money then add extra hidden costs and when you question them they are so rude about it. The so called installer has supposedly worked for them for 20 years buy yet he cant measure properly (causing our door to not fit when they attempted the first installation), after we waited 6 weeks for our door and that happens. We also were told when we ordered the door it would be only a 3 week wait. Anyway so after 6 weeks the door doesn't fit, they leave for a few hours and return the door fits so they install it. Whilst they were installing it they caused a raised crack in my plaster board and chip the door!!! He admits to the door about 20 minutes after doing it ( I seen it happen) and then leaves without installing flashing, a brick to hold the bottom of our door, and no packing???? When he was leaving I asked him if he was finished he said yes other than the security door which should have been installed also but wasn't because they measured that wrong too and then tells me only the flashing is left to install at the sides! Leave it all open and it was raining!!!! On top of all this I was another week before he returns to pack the door underneath and install the side flashings and the only reason this happened was because I sent a dozen emails to the air head receptionist who finally sent the installer back out to half finish the job that should have been already completed. Then two weeks after all of this the installer returns to fit the final flashing at the bottom and IT DOESN'T FIT!!!! He blames it on the supplier and then leave straight away no explanation nothing! No phone call from the company nothing at all so I send an email off letting them know how disappointing their horrible service is and the receptionist replies with irrelevant email. I phone the next day and she was the most rudest woman I have ever dealt with in my life stating I am in the wrong?????? Honestly save yourself the hassle and stay as far away from this disgusting place!!!!!!!

They replaced an old sliding door at the rear of my house which was badly installed on top of a step instead of behind the step. They've replaced it with a proper functioning, good quality sliding door with fly screen and dog door. They showed up on time to install it and were clear at communicating that they would come back to add trims that they had to custom order first, and clear on when they would be coming to install it in the first place. Communicating with them was easy too. The fly screen wasn't adjusted properly so they came back the next day to fix it up no questions asked. The only thing I would like to see is clearer quotes so that we know exactly what we are getting, and what we aren't getting, as we had to pay a little extra (not much though) for getting the old door disposed of, and weren't sure on the dimensions of the pet door which also would have been great to have in a detailed quote. Also didn't know that the new architrave would need a coat of paint and the nail holes to be covered up, which isn't a big deal for us to get done ourselves, but good to know ahead of time. Other than that I'm really happy with the quality work and the price compared to some other places.

not happy just when you think you have payed the last payment, you haven't. also I couldn't get the window I wanted so I had to settle for the cheaper option, wont use them again.

THE WORST WORKMANSHIP EVER......Absolutely would never recommend this company for any window installations.....after paying $8k for 6 windows to be installed, the end result was terrible.... 2 of the windows and frames were too small.... we were given a discount for one of them, but still wasn't happy with the end result on the rest of the windows.... after speaking to Geoff, their person in charge, and after sending them pictures, I was told that this is normal"...... absolutely shonky work.... all they cared about was getting their money.... we will be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs. And vcat.....stay away from them... they did the same thing to another lady ... see other reviews below...... stay away from gippsland windows......"
