Re-posting due to a silly, defensive response from the owner. My script was not processed in 5 minutes as I’ve never filled a script with you - time is not the content of my review.Nice staff but expensive. My prescription medication was going to cost me double here (I rang around three pharmacies to check on prices) and decided to go elsewhere as cost is important to me. Have bought non prescription items in an emergency.

By far the best pharmacy in the area with staff who always go above and beyond to help. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and always take the time to give their professional advice. I drive a little further than I need to for the exceptional customer service they provide, especially with a young family I value getting the right information I need. It's a locally owned family business too which I am very happy to support.

I booked Flu shot for myself and my 5-year-old son through the Official Guardian Pharmacy Website, arrived at the site and we were told they could not do flu shots for children under 10.I was disappointed as I’ll have to make another appointment and take my son to somewhere else for the flu shot. I told them I wish I could be told earlier before I come here, e.g. when making the booking. then the Pharmacist just simply told me they don't have control over the website, and asked me to cancel the booking. To be honest, I don't really appreciate this response. Firstly, the bookings were made through the Official Guardian Pharmacy Website, it is Guardian Pharmacy's responsibility to make sure the information on the website is not misleading. having no control of the website" is obviously not a very good excuse.
