Chloe is a rare gem. Her genuine attitude and hairdressing skills were well worth finding. I can't fault the salon. Best position, easy, accommodating booking and great service.

Don’t recommend this to anybody. Not only are the quotes you get in store only given to you after a non refundable deposit, which is inconvenient but bearable, but the woman assigned to me (Sharna?) was shockingly rude. She talked down to me for asking to see the colour before she put it into my hair, informing me “SHE is the professional”, berating me for just wanting to make sure I was happy with the permanent colour I’m paying $240 for?? Literally never experienced such unfriendly, abrasive customer service at a hair salon. So disappointed and so confused as to why I was spoken to in this way.

Candice was very welcoming and made you feel completely at ease. Haircut and colouring the best I have had in Brisbane. Candice is now my favourite hair stylist and I will definitely be a regular client at The Lounge & Co. West End.

Chloe is an absolute god send! The lounge and co girls are amazing, and do fabulous work. Not only that but they have educated me about my hair and how to look after it so it looks amazing always. The salon is so relaxing and so beautiful too. Couldn’t recommend more. x

Hadn’t hair done a week ago by Candace at the west end store and it still feels so healthy and soft! Candace was so patient with me deciding what I wanted and helped me with some ideas on what would look nice on my hair. I’m so happy with the end result! I felt so comfortable and relaxed in the salon. Just what this new mumma needed! X

Had my hair done at a home salon and the home salon ruined my hair right before new years and I needed someone to fix it so I went to get it fixed at lounge and co. They were a salon next to my work place and Candice helped me by fixed my hair got the colour I wanted literally saved my life!! Best salon I have been too!! ❤️❤️

Such an amazing experience today at Lounge and CoI have dreadlocks and have asked every salon in West End if they would give me a luxurious wash from time to time, but every salon said no, until I called Lounge and Co. They welcomed me, didn’t discriminate against me because I have dreads, and the lovely Simone did an amazing job. Very grateful, thanks guys .. I’ll be back xx
