What a wonderful experience I had updating my glasses at Specsavers Altona Meadows. The store manager Ra, is lovely and she was so helpful, assisting me in choosing frames that suited my face. When collecting my glasses I was pleasantly surprised on how great they looked and how well they suited me, and I love the frames. Highly recommend this store and a big thank you to Ra for taking the time to help me choose glasses the fit and suit my face.

As a repeat customer I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Altona Meadows Specsavers. I recently had Florence complete my examination. She was friendly yet professional and was happy to answer my questions. Aydan assisted me on the shop floor and his customer service was outstanding! Friendly and so willing to help but also not overbearing and allowed me to browse independently too. Follow up appointment to collect my glasses, and contact lenses were met with the same wonderful service. Highly recommended, well done team!

Lost the screw out of my sunglasses today at the Altona meadows shopping center. Went straight into Spec savers and Aydan fixed them on the spot and tightened the arms as well. Fabulous service.

I was seen promptly after my arrival and the optometrist communicated well with me throughout my appointment, and reviewed the condition of my eyes since my last checkup. I was given time to choose my frames and then Aydan dealt with everything in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. I would highly recommend Specsavers in Altona Meadows.

Specsavers Altona Meadows was very informative when assessing my vision during an eye test. Staff was also helpful in assisting me choose my new set of glasses, and were patient with me in the process. 10/10 will definitely be back
