Pretty responsive as to have this fixedDisappointed that to get the programming correct was left for me to fix and having to call somfy to help me reprogramme the blinds to work in the way they should

After just one phone call, the samples brought to me, were exactly what I wanted. And stunning fabrics.And the way of having a envelope for the doona inside the Doona Cover to hold the Doona in place, is such a ingenious way to not have to shake it into place.Wonderful, down to the minutest details.Unfortunately, due to the severity of my illness at the time, my order was refused to be done as I wanted to change the valance.I had already paid $480 each one, but due to my pain medication and excruciating pain, I hadn’t been shown what it would look like, and sillily- I forgot to ask but just trusted.She sent me a photo of a box pleat valance…..I pointed out to her I don’t like the box pleat look, it’s not me. And wished she had of brought a photo when she came to home for me to go off.SHE REFUSED TO FULFILL MY ORDERI asked her to still do all of my order, and if she wouldn’t make all my other desperately needed bed linen without making the valances, then fine ….. I will pay for everything and leave it as it is.But still refused…. And refunded the money….Even my Case Manager of my Funds called to ask her to please help me have a nice looking bedroom and go ahead with everything and she was refused as well!!Don’t upset her ego or change your mind or whatever it is I did wrong as I was spending $6,000 with her…. I was ordering more sheets after the first order ….Don’t recommend
