Robbie is trustworthy, reliable and a great communicator. I could tell he had the best interest of the seller and us as buyers.Robbie highlighted key features and benefits, never coming across as pushy, but rather seeming to have a genuine interest in us finding the perfect family home. On settlement day he said he’d love to see pics of any renovations and our newest fury addition.If we are to buy or sell in the future, we would be ecstatic to work with Robert Dunn. Rebekah Stott horrible agent to deal with. Very slow and poor communication leading us to loose $220 from our bond return because she didn't specify steam clean for carpets on her checklist. Carpets were all professionally cleaned and left in the way we got the place. Doesn't seem to know how rentals work and processes and very rude. Owner switched agent to this one but had more worse experience here and was rushed on every decision.

Excellent service. Jade is the property manager of our rental. She is professional, prompt and offers excellent advice when needed. She has also gone way above expectations when we encountered some difficulties after our tenant moved out, working in her own time to solve our problems.

Unfortunately, they are extremely lazy and will do anything to get out of doing their job.After contacting them about one of their rentals having a vine destroying the roof of the property, they thanked me for informing them, I contacted them again to no response. It's been nearly 6 months, and the vine has gotten twice as big and has spread all over the roof. I'm sure the owners will be happy...
