Stephanie booked in our plumber and kept us informed of his progress. Dan arrived on time and reviewed our issues, making constructive recommendations to rectify. Dan completed each task with professional aptitude and expertise and was respectful of our home. I highly recommend Plumbmasters services.

I have used Dan as a plumber for over 10 years. As a building manager of an older building I know that any problem will be resolved in a professional manner with a finish to match existing surfaces as far as possible. I tried another plumber once but that was it - no comparison to the service or professionalism of Dan or his offsiders. The business has strict quality control and supervision from Dan even if he is not present.No job too big and if associated trades are required Dan has the contacts for that as well.

I got attracted by the other reviews, but got a very different experience with Plumbmasters. Here is the story.My rain water pump started leaking recently. Brennan from Plumbmasters came over and quickly identified the Rainbank controller as the culprit. He came back a few days later, installed a new RB2/R-1 controller in 30 minutes - and charged me $1,340 for that! So far so good. Quite pricey but to be fair: that was in line with what he had quoted: $900 parts + 2hrs (??) labour. I'm not a plumber, so I don't know how long it really takes to replace parts. Brennan also spent additional time to explain those costs and answered some questions.However, what he didn't do was to show me (and I didn't check - my mistake) that the pump is not leaking anymore (the invoice states Test installation for correct operation"). A terrific company to deal with. They were doing a warranty repair for another company and nothing was a problem. The communication of when they would be here, plus the phone call from Dan the plumber prior to arrival was much appreciated.They fixed the problem and Dan obviously knew what he was doing.Highly recommended.

No way would I use another plumber. Dan is a most professional, honest and kind man. His help when our house had a leak and care about the cost won’t be forgotten.

I've been using Plumbmasters for a few years now and they are always on time and do a great job at a competitive price. Recently I had the guys install a drainage system from my shed to a rainwater tank and the finish was mint and looked like it was manufactured with the shed and tank rather than an add on. Great work.
