Store looks nice when you enter but staff Seem abit clueless and they have lots of fish tanks with dead fish. Also sell floor stock at new prices. Wont be back.

Purchased products online for my puppy. I got same day deliver which was wonderful! They didn't have a brand that I ordered so they asked if I wanted a different brand and easily changed it at no extra cost!! They were so wonderful to deal with, I have always had a fantastic experience. They even gave me free dog treats because they didn't have the product I ordered. ( Thank you soo much, you didn't have to give me free treats but I am super grateful)

My companion pet loves going there, staff seem friendly, wish they had more discounts on treats for pets. Prices are high for such products. But Ilike when they have sales.

Very friendly staff, almost always stocked up with the things I've come to purchase and helpful when it comes to asking about specific products. Staff don't approach you though and it can be quite a task to locate a staff member in the store.
