Terrible customer service at Chermside. Three rude staff members in short 20 minutes I was there. One told me she doesn’t know where the shirt is I needed a size for and walked away. Get out of retail ladies! Will never shop here again.

Unbelievable customer service from all the team at Chermside - they go out of their way to help you and as I am not in the usual age bracket who shop there (I'm over 60 ) and I can tell you the service in this store is better than any of the other stores I usually shop in - they could learn a lot from these lovely girls - well done ! and a special thankyou to Shai for personally getting the pants I wanted from another store near her home - so nice !

There was a woman with pink hair who saw me under the queue here sign and someone else literally showed up and she got her a change room first and then afterwards fixed her hair in the mirror and went back to her spot luckily there was someone else there and put me in a change room afterwards the other time I was here it was good (like I get customer service sucks sometimes but don't be so rude as to not give me a change room when I was under the queue here sign there seems like there is no point then if I'm not gonna get served )

Was there with my nieces looking for dresses for them. Went in but didn't see anything that fancied our attention so we quickly went out to go to other shops. We were rudely stopped by the lady staff waiting at the entrance then abruptly asked us to show her my nieces bag. The way she talked to us was very rude and her demanding attitude to check the bag was offensive. We would have gladly complied if she was polite but we were taken aback by how crudely she dealt with us. Never coming back and will tell all my family & friends to shop somewhere else as it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Was waiting for my niece in the change rooms and a very rude lady was telling me to move rudely and was gossiping and laughing at me every time I would go and see the clothes she was trying on. Not welcoming and rude customer service

worst customer service ever. The girls there always seem like they are 'too cool' to be talking to anyone and always have a terrible attitude. I was there on friday 21st around midday and whoever was in the fitting room would just yell out how many have you got" and then as the customer walked in would only say "name?" in a very unprofessional and unfriendly way. None of them seem like they want to be there let alone help you shop."
