I spoke to Rammy who visited site and provided a quote.The job was done on the day he advised, but there was a delay in starting it due to problems with a vehicle. The technician sent over (Marshall) was great, & completed the job without any fuss. He relocated the unit to exactly where we'd asked. He also did a neat job and was very respectful, professional and polite. He kept going until he finished which was around 9pm that night.We will definitely use Cool Freeze again and can recommend them to anyone.

Extremely happy with the top notch service I received, when I called for a technician to fix my ancient washing machine. The call-out fee wasn't crazily inflated like many other companies & the technician Jacob was friendly, fast and super efficient. Will certainly be using these guys again...... highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely unreliable. I have been asking Rami to inspect and fix a dishwasher for 3 months now. There’s always an excuse as to why he can’t make it, even after an appointment has been confirmed.

The sevice and product knowledge is very poor. They don't have knowledge ABT the product and maintenance. The can do only cleaning of your machine.They can't fix your issues.If don't want disappointment, avoid him.I pay him $ 250 for do nothing.Totely best of my money and time.

I've received very poor service from this company. After calling and making appointment and having initial service visit I'm no closer to getting my washing machine fixed. I've made numerous phone calls and sent messages with no response.Seems they got my service fee and are no longer interested in my job or helping me.I would not recommend this company
