I recently visited a kebab shop that left me absolutely impressed with their exceptional customer service and delicious food. This place is truly a gem.The first thing that struck me was the warm welcome I received as soon as I walked in. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. They patiently explained the menu to me and helped me decide on what to order.I started with their rice and biryani, and I have to say, it was some of the best I've ever had. The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The biryani was bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of spices.Next up was the lamb shank, and let me tell you, it was truly a treat. The meat was so tender and flavorful that it practically melted in my mouth. It was served with a side of fresh salad which complemented the dish perfectly.But the real star of the show was the kebabs. They were simply outstanding. The meat was fresh and juicy, and the spices were perfectly balanced. It was served with garlic sauce, which added an extra layer of flavor to the already delicious kebabs.What really impressed me was the quick service. Despite being busy, the staff managed to serve my order in no time at all. They were efficient and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed.Overall, I would highly recommend this kebab shop to anyone looking for great food and exceptional customer service. Since we were 20+ people going as a group, we called 1 hour ahead to place the the order and they confirmed it will be ready before we reach. On arrival, they haven't made a single order and we had to form a line and place our orders individually. All of us now hungry waiting for the food. What was the point of taking a customers order and confirming it will be ready, if you weren't going to prepare it. The staff are impolite and in return throw attitude at us like they are doing us a favor. After all this they even mess up the individual orders. Food was average, not as overhyped as other reviews. Place needs a better management. Not worth your time and money.

There is parking available outside the shop. Cheap price. The staff prepare the food in the open. I haven't seen the staff wear gloves or hair covers whilst preparing food for others. People will end up with hair in their food. Not cool. They can just include the cost into their products but handle people's food with some hygiene. I saw flies sitting on the bread as there is no fly traps. Need some hygiene improvement. See photos for yourself.

I was amased by the taste of their meals. I loved the bread that the kebab is wrapped with. It makes it different. The lamb shank was also cooked very nicely and for such affordable price. The service was excellent too. If you're after great tasting food that won't break the bank. Give this cafe a try.
