Always love my visits to I-Beaute. They are always on time and lovely to chat with. Portia is very knowledgeable and is very helpful whenever I have questions regarding skincare. The facility is bright, clean, and well kept. So glad I found I-Beaute!

Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service. The lady wanted me to buy a significant amount of extra units for anti-wrinkle, but she did not show me the samples. She rushed all the service, it took less than 5 minutes. Never was treated so badly!!!

The service is great and the place clean. However the clinic is now relocated to The Gallery on 445 Victoria Ave.The therapist was highly helpful but she told me the address was 455 Victoria Ave and I walked around Chatswood for about 20 minutes trying to figure out where the clinic was. The whole process including finding the clinic and attending the appointment took 60 minutes. Worth it with a Groupon. Not sure if I would have had the motivation to find the clinic if I had not paid in advance.

I went for eyebrow wax and tint. The staff were nice and lovely but the service was ok. Not sure what part of my eyebrows was waxed as it didn't look neat and shaped. I told the lady twice to try and shape a bit but no luck. I also had scars on my both eyebrows due to skin peel off during waxing. I was very disappointed because they didn't even apply soothing gel or lotion to calm the skin tear and didn't even bother telling me.I didn't have good experience overall.

The staff are very friendly and they assess each person individually and each area separately. The treatment is adjusted for each area by doing a test when they start treatment in a new area.The testing is done every time you go in for laser.Will highly recommend for laser treatment.The rooms are clean and sanitised.

They are doing special promotion for eyelash extension. Me and my friends both booked at different day and time, but when we arrived for our booked appointment, we were told the appointment was either cancelled with no notification, or the person who does eyelash extension already left.If they do not want to do the promotion, please just update customer that instead of cancellation appointments without any notice to customer.

I did have a little trouble getting the appointment but once I there I had a wonderful experience. The beautician was a lovely and professional girl who didn't try to hard sell - a refreshing change - just gave me an offer as I was leaving which is available on their web site.Would go again.
