Louis was very thorough and provided lots of advice and information about different systems prior to install and followed up after to ensure everything was running smoothly. Louis offered a very competitive price, fast installation and minimal disruption. The system we had installed is so far exceeding our expectations and covering all power consumption in our home. Louis carried out the electrical work on installation of a new hot water heat pump, we then made enquiries to expand and update our solar energy. Solar energy is a confusing field, and Louis was happy to answer my questions. Louis was approachable, friendly and professional and a pleasure to have on site as a tradesman.

We had an unexpected issue with our Solar system late on a Saturday afternoon. I rang, left a message and Louis got straight back to me answering all my questions and confirming I had isolated the system properly. He then quoted and turned up the following week when he said he would, and replaced the faulty part with no issues.I cant fault his responsiveness or professionalism.

Sinclair renewable have been amazing. They installed my solar power and they were great to deal with and helpful in the process. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Louis did a great job installing our Solar Analytics system and recommending the right product to utilise solar energy to boost our off peak hot water system - this enabled us to maintain our off peak but also make sure we had adequate hot water for the big family visits. Very thorough and excellent advice.

Our experience with Sinclair Renewable was great, from the first contact that we had with Louis right though to the end. We spent ages calling other companies and searching online for quotes only to be ignored or told to go with expensive systems that wont really suited to us, however with Sinclair Renewable it was different, once contact was made with louis he actaully came out to our house and sat down with us to go over what we wanted to achieve and what system was the best direction for us and why that was the case. The pricing was competative with other similar businesses. The customer service provided was 2nd to none. We signed the contract in Dec and Louis was very upfront about the timing of when install would occur, we were quoted late Feb. Louis was in constant communication during the wait, we were provided an install date of Mid Feburary. On the morning of the install, louis went over the plan with us, and allowed us to fine tune the panel layout to our requirements. The install went smoothly over a couple of days. The site was left clean with no rubish around. Following the install, i had a little issue with our retailer not finding the paperwork they needed, Louis was great and forwarded me the CCEW that was sent to them, allowing me to follow it up and sort it out quickly. Overall, we were very happy with the quality, service and products that were installed and we look forward to the benifits of our new solar system, supplied and installed by Sinclair Renewable Energy.

We engaged Louis for the design and install of our solar and battery system. From the first contact Louis was extremely responsive and helpful, sitting down with us in person to explore our needs, answer our questions, and explain a range of options.The system install was very efficient and well executed - Louis clearly takes pride in his work, even visiting us on the weekend to commission the system and explain the performance monitoring apps.Great value for money. I can't speak highly enough about this company. Louis was recommended to me when micro cracks were found in my solar panels. From the first, he was knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. He gave excellent options which were designed to improve the solar outcomes for me. He thoroughly and clearly explained everything and answered every question I had. The quote was excellent and the whole part of this process was very smooth. The installation date was delayed due to high winds but, again, I was not disappointed. On the day of the install, the team worked tirelessly, helped to download the app and explained how everything worked and made sure that the new system was working properly. Very, very happy that Louis was recommend to me.
