We would like to thank you all so so much for making the funeral and of our father and partner Gordon Esplin so easy for us. You all were so fantastic, caring and you made the celebration of Gordon’s life such a special day for us to remember.Everyone that we spoke with throughout the planning of the service were kind and caring to us all. We were all so touched by the kindness you all showed us in our difficult time and for that we all wanted to thank you so much.We really appreciated everything you did and we were very touched and wanted to thank Micah for changing the hearse from the Ford to the Holden caprice for Gordon’s final journey. Gordon worked for many years at Holden and he loved Holden and for Micah to pickup on that from only hearing that through the eulogies and to change the car really touched us.Thank you all.Cheers Trev, Jo and Rog.Sent, with kind regards.

After receiving no reply from 3 phone calls to a well known competition.. i called William Mathews..and was greeted by Narelle who immediately put my mind at ease during a very stressful time. To Bill, Narelle, Melanie and all the staff, Thankyou so much forCaring attitude, professionalism and attention to detail. Wonderful family company in my opinion.

Cannot speak more highly of them. They honoured my mother's wishes to the letter & were dignified, caring & thoroughly professional throughout. Thank you Matthew, Marshall, Micah & Marion. Special thanks to Morrie for a truly perfect experience. Mum would have loved it all.

We held our mothers funeral today and I know she would have loved how it went, from the first phone call after her passing Sharon and the rest of the staff couldn't have done anything more.On behalf of my family a big thank you.

Bill Matthews is the kindest, most compassionate man I've ever met. He did everything he could to look after my partner. His actions prove that he has a great respect for those in his care and that he truely cares about those affected the most.A funeral is a horrible thing to plan, but Bill does everything he can to make that process less painful.He is HIGHLY recommended

Wonderful experience. Quite frankly cheaper than their competition with better service. The major issues we did have we were met at the door with apologies (we are almost certain it was not their fault, rather that of their contact). Micah was fantastic and so patient with my grandmother whose memory is her.

In the time of grief, the staff are very understanding whilst being professional. We had both parents buried through William Matthews who with care and compassion carried out my parents last wishes. RIP mum and dad. Highly recommend.
