Had Andy come and fix my oven last Friday. I was worried because the oven started smoking. Andy came out the same day I called and fixed the issue for a really reasonable price. He was completely up front with what the problem was, polite and fixed the issue straight away. Couldn't be happier!

Had Andy come around to replace an element in our oven. To put a VERY long story short (over a month of hassle and a lot of headache) he would eventually come to complete the job. Our oven was working again...but now the stove no longer was. He came back and fixed the stove top (mostly) all of the stove knob housings are cracked and broken, and one of the knobs constantly sparks the ignition when in use - rendering it near useless. We are exasperated with dealing with Andy and would rather leave it in the state it is than deal with him any further.I can't speak to his other skills, but seriously do NOT get Andy to sort Your oven out. Worst serviceman experience I have ever had and all around surreal.

We called Andy out on a public holiday and he was the only person who would come to help us in an emergency, he dropped his plans to come and help make our house safe. Since then we have contracted him to do everything in our house renovation including rewiring, replacing all light fittings, appliances and new powerboard. We've also had him install a CCTV security system. All work was done to a very high standard and he showed up on time all the time. He's very personable and professional. Andy has also done work for 2 neighbours based on my recommendation and they have been very pleased too. Well done Andy keep up the good work.

Unprofessional and horrid is the best words to sum up my experience. Trusted you and feel EXTREMELY taken advantage of, so much so I have been in tears for days. Time management 0/10, never on time, stayed till 11:30 PM after being asked to leave multiple times, lunch breaks for 2 hours +, was supposed to come at 10 am and came at 2:30 the list goes on. Left us in absolute shambles we now have to PAY someone else to fix the job he 'started'. Third day into the job and he was a complete no show, not even a call or text to say he wasn't coming. We have even had to call an emergency plumber on a public holiday as he turned half my buildings hot water off. NOT FUN LET ME TELL YOU. I cant believe this happened. Could go on further but I've lost of patience, waste of my time, energy and MONEY. Taking this further and expecting to be compensated. Only thing positive is that I have learnt to read google reviews.

Andrew was by far one of the worst tradesmen I've ever experienced and I work in the industry. I have never met anyone so unprofessional and unreliable in my entire life. He was consistently late to jobs and would leave them incomplete. I wouldn't trust him at all. Don't use his services.

I had Andy over to my apartment to fix a sparking power point in the spare room and a broken overhead light. He did a great job - it turns out the overhead light had the wrong bulb in it and now my dimmer works, so I'm very happy. I would recommend his service to my friends and colleagues.

The previous comments with low star rating I am pretty sure are from people jealous of Andrew having a successful business. and guess what it worked. So that means if you do engage Andrew he will have more time for you, like I experienced, my stove was fixed the same day I rang him.

We moved into our new place and reached out to Andrew among others. We were very happy with the way Andrew approached us and his work was really good.His customer service is great and she responded promptly!He is my to go person from now on!Thanks Andrew!
