I cannot fault the work that Ivan and his team do here. As a young woman, I have obviously been ripped off and mistreated by mechanics since I first got a car - but I can say with confidence, that this is the first time I have ever felt respected and not belittled by a mechanic. Ivan was clear, reassuring, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired at an affordable cost, and with an incredibly fast turnaround.It made what was a traumatic crash a lot easier to recover from, and I am absolutely returning to this business for all of my future car needs.Thanks again, Ivan!

Absolutely phenomenal!!I rear ended someone and without insurance was lost for options. I called all local crash repairs and asked if I could send some pics as I didn’t want to drive it all over town in its condition.Most places said ‘nah we don’t take pics you have to come in’ and the few that did never got back to me.Ivan was so friendly and said to send some across, he called me back promptly and explained what approximate costs were for the parts he could see but also explained he would need to inspect it and pull the bumper off to check structural. He was so nice and I felt comfortable driving it down from the effort he had put in.He looked at it quickly and explained the structural damages and how they would be fixed. As I wanted it done cheaper and couldn’t afford a repaint job, he said I can source the parts myself to find a white car and that it would save me some money. He also called his guy to get a quote so I know the approximates and to make sure no one I called was ripping me off.A few days later the parts were delivered at 4:30pm and my car was ready by midday the next day.I had my whole front replaced and everything bent back into shape, plus my back door replaced. I spent $1000 on labour and $800 on parts.Could not be more happy with the price and the service - they were so friendly from start to finish. Big shoutout to Ivan and his team!!

Recently had my car fixed (re-painted following stain from bat poo) and it was such a smooth and seamless process. The team were great to communicate with and so prompt with the repairs. Great business with great service!!!

Fantastic workmanship and high quality work with a budget price. I was expecting the chance of having the new paint not 100% the same as the original colour of my car but there is not one bit of discrepancy. Both Shireen and Ivan are very nice and friendly. My car was even washed and vacuumed after the fix! Thank you very much!

South East Smash are totally amazing at car repairs. They always gave me updates on the status of my car repairs and the turn around was so fast! They put an urgent repair on it as I was going overseas and they finished my car within such short notice which was so appreciated. Could not recommend more!
