Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable about the products, including materials, washability, dimensions and complimentary products. Didn't do the 'Hard Sell' and I appreciated being left for a moment after my questions were answered, so I could think about options.I purchased a beautiful quilt cover & matching pillowcases (#Morganand Finch, Garcia): lovely material, good quality, and a great price, too.

Very poor customer serviceI have been to the store once to a purchase an item, once to return an item with a receipt and one time to return an item without a receipt within the last few months.On all three occasions I have been unfortunate to interact with the same male worker. Overall, his facial expressions and tone were rude and not what I consider good customer service.Went I went to ask where an item was, the attitude was like I was stupid for not being able to find it myself and then he had the audacity to try and up sell me because the item was on sale. I appreciate up selling is part of the job, but I would not buy anything additional with his poor attitude.When I returned an item with the receipt, he came across annoyed or unhappy, whatever the emotion, he definitely didn’t smile, act friendly or understanding.Then I returned an item without the receipt, I was told ‘it’s rare we accept returns without the receipt’. In my opinion his tone was unacceptable.I have a membership, so the item was on my account. It was unused and I had bought too many boxes of the one item. I called twice prior to make sure I could return the unused item before going in and spoke to the helpful female workers.I recommend going to another store or buying online if you want a positive customer service experience.

Emily was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect quilt set! She was highly knowledgable of all the bedding choices as well as the latest styles and went above and beyond to help! Great quality, the best service. Highly recommend!

Lack of service, when it's just me and one other customer. The female assistant ignored me and only helped other customers. Her attitude at the checkout was arrogant and disrespectful, and it was a very poor experience.

Incredible service from Michelle and Mandy today! They explained the different sheet options so well and best care instructions...all of this after I took quite some time deciding and finding a gift card.They care about everybody who walks in and its great to see a team work so well together. Perfect ladies.

I love this store so much I can't buy anymore bedding for myself so I buy it as gifts for my family. 10/10 service from staff that are knowledgeable and kind not pushy and salesy.

Just popped in there (Brisbane City, Queen Street store) to window shop but got a pillow case since many items are on sale. And, the customer service person, Katelin was amazing!!! Such kind, friendly and helpful service. Businesses/ staff like her make the city a better place! Loved the collections too.
