Fantastic service. We were stranded on a Sunday of a long weekend. Phoned Blake and he arrived in minutes, he got us back on the road and on our way back home safely. Extremely helpful, thank you!!

I want to say a massive thankyou to the guys at Tailem Bend Automotive, who got me out of trouble on the Thursday afternoon of a long weekend, when I ran into issues on my way to Adelaide. I could not have stumbled upon a friendlier and more generous bunch of fellows. I hope you all had an excellent Easter break!

Great service. First time going there. Got my holden commodore V8 wagon serviced. Good value for money

The auto service was done within a few hours!I was dropped home before the service and picked up afterwards, which is very helpful because I have a physical disability. I needed advice about my car and Warren gave this clearly and accurately. I was treated with respect throughout, unlike many mechanics who treat women like they're stupid. I highly recommend this garage.

David was very helpful. I had a car breakdown. Battery was flat. So I called AAMI roadside assist. But they got the wrong battery initially so I had to wait another hour and half to organize for correct battery. When it was time to pay, David tried to charge me for the service for fixing the battery though he was going to be paid by AAMI for that. Only when I asked why do I have to pay for a free service did he make enquiries. Initially, he said he would charge $550 for the battery and later changed it to $595 when he found out that I will not be required to pay for the service (obviously because that would be double dipping!).@AAMI please take note. This brings disrepute to your squeaky clean image!I have given 3 stars for a service with a smile. But no star for trying to get more money out of a helpless stranded person! And Sorry, this is how the cookie crumbles David.

Just want to say what wonderful country service we received. We were travelling back to Melbourne and needed some coolant in the car. They put it in and refused payment. Truly don’t get service like that anymore. Next time we travel through Tailem Bend we shall drop a six pack off.It made our day.James and Julie Earls
