I received a prompt reply to my initial inquiry. A quote was done within days and the work completed a week later. I was impressed with the professional manner of everyone I spoke to - they made sure they understood exactly what was required. The work was completed quickly and I was impressed with the finished product. The site was left clean and tidy and all rubbish was removed. I would definitely use Quality Projects Australia again and would recommend to anyone looking for an efficient and professional building service.

Ryan and his fantastic team at QPA, really did an outstanding job on our paving and landscaping project. Nothing was too much trouble for the boys and they really went out of their way to satisfy our needs and occasional variation to the project. They were very happy too work in collaboration and were very professional in their application to the scope of work and care of the work site. Access was via neighbours access in our case. The team were very courteous, neat and respectful of this neighbourly courtesy. Ben and Jeremy were a courteous, professional and helpful team. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable about their product. The installation made an immediate improvement to our home - the top level balcony has been an unusable area since I bought the property 18 years ago. Now we use it every night for entertaining, relaxing or while having a meal. It's the best decision we ever made and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work

Quality Projects Australia installed our new Melwood Cabana and did a fantastic job! The team were all really experienced, knowledgable, friendly and flexible. Quality Projects Australia Pty Ltd personnel are very rude when approaching people, they need proper training to interact with persons especially the safety division.

Dealing with QPA was a pleasure right from the get-go and they were really responsive.I was dealing with Mike who provided quick quotes on various aspects of my Backyard Studio/She Shed.Ben and the 4 other guys who turned up on the day did an awesome job and worked like clock work to get it built within 4 hours! QPA guys are truly amazing!! They provide nothing but quality, efficiency and work that you will love for years to come. They are the most lovable, hard-working and trustworthy guys.My husband and I knocked down and rebuilt our house therefore we needed someone to take care of the landscape which had a few constrictions. Two companies were recommended to us and I contacted them. They came and gave us an astronomical priced quote and no-suggestions whatsoever on how to bring the costs down. They were not flexible and they didn’t give us any ideas on how to save even after we told them we had a tight budget. Consequently I decided to just look for someone who was able from the beginning to come up with something within our budget. I sent out a few emails to random companies and Jeremy from QPA replied interested in the job. When he came to inspect our property he brought Ryan Clemente who was going to be in charge of the landscape work. Well from the very first moment Ryan gave us different ideas and options to instantly cut the costs, things that the previous companies could not be bothered to do. He appeared to be extremely knowledgeable and I felt straight away in great hands, so I stopped looking for someone else and rejected the other replies. From that first day to when they actually started the landscape work 9 months passed due to so many never ending and exhausting issues with Council. I constantly bombarded Ryan with emails, sms and phone calls asking for help for every little thing and he always and continuously promptly replied to all of them. To the point that my husband and I thought he would give up on us. But he never did, his patience is highly commendable! I don’t know the entire QPA team but I strongly believe that Ryan needs to be praised for all he does. He always came up with different solutions and ideas to keep helping us all the way to the end. Once we finally received the Council approval to proceed, Ryan, Jordan and Josh were there to transform our house. Jordan is a hard-working guy who worked no-stop ensuring everything was done properly every day. He made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of the day before leaving, which was a very nice touch. They communicated with us through the whole process making sure we were happy with their last minute decisions due to a few obstacles and we trusted them all the way. Ryan sticked to the initial quote and together with Jordan and Josh gave us a wonderful landscape within our budget that we now love. We are so grateful to them and we now consider both Ryan and Jordan great friends. Two incredibly talented boys that we deeply trust and wish to keep in contact with. We look forward for them to come back and do more work for us in the future. So if you have any second thoughts, DON’T, call them now because I can assure you will not regret it! They are simply the best and I will always recommend them to everyone!
