Visited the beauty section instore today, looking for facial cleansers and creams. Only to hear 2 staff members whinging quiet loudly amongst themselves about a fellow team member while sorting goods on counter.In such a small department, with other customers present, we all just looked up at one another with disgust. The foul language used was disgusting.The staff members had seen us all there, simply looked on without a care in the world. Just disrespectful, especially in a customer service role.These young women clearly have no respect or take responsibility for their role as retail assistant.

Sandra and another lady behind the services to assist with my refund were exceptional. They went above and beyond to help me try and refund my vacuum when I didn’t have my receipt. I see how hard it is and even though they couldn’t find it they tried more than I expected to help me out. I really appreciate the service and level of care they showed.

Extremly poor turnaround time on click and collect orders. By the time they go out and pick up the stock from the floor it's been sold and they don't end up fulfilling the order. It shouldn't take more than a day to do a click and collect order, it should be a few hours to ensure you fulfill the order.

Ebony at the service desk is just amazing and went above and beyond for me. I called up to enquire about a product and the items I needed were on the top shelf in the back and she arranged for someone to get them for me with the auto picker and called me back immediately when it was done.
