Please be careful when you dealing with them. I bought car from them and they did not clean car properly and did not fix few things which they have promised to me and I am still waiting for them to fix ,which they haven’t and I am still waiting for dealers reply. This is very disappointing for me.

Only needed to go here a couple of times.Both times I didn't like it.Servicing is heavily overcharged.Parts support for Renault (one of their brands) is substandard.

Car engine light came on. Called up to book an appointment, told me I also needed a full service while being 16000kms away from the mark. I agree. They do the full service then call me saying I'll need to book another appointment for them to fix the car engine light from coming on. Also wanted to try and charge me $270 for two front tyres, no thanks. Go somewhere else.

BT 50 broke down 90km from Warrnabool. Car had to be towed. Doug and team stayed back to 7.30pm to receive car. Guts took several days to diagnose issue. Once diagnosed car fixed within 2 days (Great job as it was a replacement gearbox) . Great guys and great service. Thanks Doug, see you when we return for the service.

Appalling service. We have a Mazda CX7 2010 model. It broke down RACV called out the RACV mechanic said it is a turbo issue. The car was delivered to Warrnambool Mazda on the 10 June 2014. 1 week into repairs we were told they are looking into the issue. Second week into the issue we were told not sure what the problem is checking fluids and sorry we damaged the rear bumper we are having it repaired. Third week no communication. Forth week I received a quote for $10,300.00. I called and asked to please explain. Told serious issue they need to replace the turbo plus there could be other issues. I could not get a definitive answer on repairs. I was also told they were waiting on turbo cold not give me a date. By the fifth week I decided enough. I paid five weeks for rental car costing me $2500.00 with no end in sight. Throughout this ordeal I never heard from the branch manager or service manager. 16 July 2014 I decided at our cost to tow the car back to Melbourne $350. Before releasing the car Warrnambool Mazda demanded a payment of $900.00 for work done and parts ordered. So what I have after five weeks huge car rental bill, car not repaired, new parts I didn't order, a replaced bumper they damaged and car still not repaired. I called the branch manager Allen her told me he would never buy a CX7 because the turbo always giving trouble (thanks that makes me feel good about my purchase). Allen was not helpful in anyway I was told it very difficulty to source the issue and resolve the problem and to pay the bill or they will not release the car. I asked for compensation for my costs and lost time. I was told they cannot help me. I suggested VCAT and was told please take us to VCAT I welcome it". Very unprofessional and costly dealing with Warrnambool Mazda. I received the car today battery flat and parts sitting on the front seat and in the boot of the car. Customers beware."

Very helpful. Went in to check an alert flashing on dash.. took the car straight in and tests showed a totally dead flat non saveable battery. New battery fitted and we are on the go againTook approx half hour so great service.
