The hotel offers free parking nearby" so was surprised when there was only 2 hour free STREET parking all day.NO LIFT made it difficult to bring luggage and extras to the room. Decided to leave some of our belongings in the car. Not suitable when the car was parked in the next street.EXPRESS check-in was difficult and slow as touch screen did not respond well."

No reception. All done electronically. Be aware no lifts to upper floor if that is a factor for you. Very small room but adequate for 1 or 2 nights. Close to shops.

Initial entry problem sorted quickly and efficiently by Travis. Room fresh and spotlessky clean. Most comfortable bed and pillows with great reading lamp and comfortable chair. CloseWoolworths but no traffuc noise at all - room towards back of building . Great stay

It’s a nice room and very professional cleaning service. But no receptionist and you’re forced to walk upstairs without elevator is kinda strange

Booked this for my partner who ended up arriving at 2.30am from a 12 hour drive. The lady on the phone was so helpful and lovely considering it was a last minute and desperate booking. It was easy for my partner to check in by himself and pay in the middle of the night with a computer outside. He said the accommodation was great, clean and comfy bed. Great place to stop!

Can't comment on the rooms as we didn't get to stay. We had car troubles between the NT and Queensland so were unable to get to Mount Isa on the night planned. Despite having plenty of availability this place chose to keep our money anyway despite us being able to stay the next night. Any decent business, particularly in the travel/tourism industry in the Covid era, would have offered to transfer the booking. Won't bother booking with these thieves again and will not recommend to anyone.

Room was spacious and clean and a good price. Location was convenient. I didn’t like the way I had to enter my phone number to get in instead of either a swipe card or a shorter PIN. It was a pain entering ten digits into the stubborn key pad.Plenty of PowerPoints.

Have stayed here on multiple occasions. Location is convenient and the hotel features modern bathrooms.There are no staff on site. There is no elevator, so expect to have to lift luggage over stairs. Have had issues with non operational air-conditioning units for the entire duration of stay. Management have proven to be very unaccomodating and unhelpful, even under extenuating circumstances.

Shower water is warm at best, air conditioner only has a few settings, can't get high fan like I normally have.
