Very professional on the phone, receptionist was very polite and the building was well presented, however they seemed only interested in insurance jobs. When taking my car in on Monday to obtain a quote for some very minor damage that had already been quoted by two other seperate panel beaters for under $850, I was told I had ‘ thousands of dollars of damage ‘ I almost had to try to keep a straight face, when responding ‘oh really that much huh? ‘The gentleman assisting with the quote seemed not very interested when I said I wanted to have it done privately in order to avoid my premiums rising and considering I had already been quoted for less than my insurance excess already.. when explaining what other panel beaters had quoted, his personality changed and he suggested I should just go there’ because he would have to ‘ paint the whole thing’ ( where it had been damaged’ and take the door off ‘ which is what was included in my other quotes anyway. I sat on this for a while but decided to post the review as I believe he may have been more interested in me going through insurance as this way the company could put whatever repair price they wanted forward to my insurance whilst I pay the excess and get stuck with a higher premium and in return this business get far more money for a job than it’s worth probably pocketing the excess money.My car is booked in for the same damage to be fixed at the cost of 700$ elsewhere, a saving of almost 2 thousand..I’d suggest avoiding private quotes with these guys unless you want to pay too dollar for no reason

The office staff were rude and when I received my car they had done a very average job with only half the bolts fitted to the bullbar.

Lady who answered phone was rude , man who assessed my car was not interested in the crash repair at all, made me feel like my car was not worth repairing.

I had my CRV fixed here after having a front-on collision with a kangaroo. The car looks fantastic, I'm really happy with the work they did.
