Took my car in for an ongoing issue that I was having with it. $1,100 later and i still have the same issue when i initially brought the car in. Quick to take my money rather then fixing the problem. Would NOT recommend! Go elsewhere.

I had a puncture late Friday afternoon after picking someone up from the airport. No spare tyre in the vehicle with the trip home to Langwarrin almost 70km.I chanced my luck with a drop into Torque Tyres & Automotive after unsuccessfully attempting to re-inflate the offending tyre at BP down the road, this was close to 4pm. I received the most amazing service with the wheel removed, tyre repaired and me out the door in less than 30 minutes. Truely impressive and very much appreciated.Highly recommend this business. Absolute life savers.

Spoke to both Ray and James who were both amazingly friendly and welcoming.My Ute has done a few kms since I bought it so I’m always a bit on edge with mechanics on what they’re going to claim is wrong..But speaking with James after I took minute in, he gave me an honest run down, mentioned a few things we should fix down the track but everything should be good to go for now.My partner also took her car to Torque 12 months prior, and after taking her car to a couple of other mechanics who claimed she had multiple things that needed fixing…Ray at Torque revealed that there was actually nothing wrong at all apart from a tyre change.The boys at Torque are 100% honest and super welcoming people, I will be keeping all my car needs with these fellas for good now!Would 100% recommend their business.

Been with Torque for over 8 years. Referred to them by a friend and we're grateful that we were.Our experience with Ray and the team... has been refreshing. It's not easy to find honest, genuine Mechanics ..... but these guys, are ALL THAT and a bag of chips.I find it hard to believe some of the reviews that say they lie, and have no explanation when caught out" on a "lie". Torque have always been transparent in our dealings with them.... (and by the looks of it...with many others have aswell). The only way you're gonna find out

Ray has been assisting me with a classic car and work required before transport from VIC to WA. He has been prompt and obliging and I cannot recommend the service highly enough and the pricing is competitive also. Definitely will exceed your expectations.
