We hired Mark from Jim’s pool care , Hurstville branch. We have had him out twice. The first time he came out , he did an excellent job and we were happy to continue with his services. Second time he came , we were not home and after inspecting the pool later I was disappointed and expressed my concerns to Mark. Unfortunately he got very offensive and refused to admit that his job was anything but perfection. I understand we can all have an odd day and expected him to say he would make sure next time would be to my satisfaction which I would have been happy with. Instead he just said I would be better off finding someone else as he has many happy customers and doesn’t need someone not happy with his work. I had hoped for a different outcome and was surprised by the tone and quick dismissal of my concerns. It’s great that you have lots of clients but it would be good to address any concerns in a professional matter if customers are expressing any instead of brushing them of with a “ my work is always done to perfection”. As for the invoice, I don’t think it is fair to expect me to pay for a service I’m not happy with. Mark has unfortunately said if the invoice is not paid in full he will take this further.I guess on Jim’s website, where they guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, doesn’t apply here? It also says “we will work together to resolve this and if it can’t be done then we will refund the service fee in full” I guess Mark still has some growth to do as well as learning how this business works.

Mark arrived at the agreed time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my spa. He returned the next morning with the required part and now my spa is warm, glistening clean and inviting again. He gave me a few extra helpful tips on maintaining my spa as well as completing the job efficiently and economically. I would highly recommend Mark of Jim's Pool Care Hurstville if you need a competent, conscientious pool/spa service provider.

Mark is a very kind honest person and helpful too. He puts customer’s need first and explains how the product works in great detail before hand. I would recommend him for all pool services.Thank you Mark.

I was dealing with Mark for over a year now and he would automatically come out every few weeks. Most of the time I would not be home so he would just come clean the pool and leave which I didn't have an issue with. Then all of a sudden he stopped coming and I messaged him saying the pool is dirty and needs a clean so he then responded by saying that I missed an old invoice that hasn't been paid yet and asked if I could sort that out first.I didn't have an issue with this and sorted out it right away if Mark had told me earlier I would have sorted the invoice out then as I just didn't see the invoice. After I paid the invoice and contacted Mark asking when he'll be available to come out he just said that he won't be coming any more and I'm better off finding someone else.This was really unprofessional especially considering Mark has been servicing my pool for over a year and all over a simple miscommunication. Mark if you're reading this please learn basic communication skills. I will not be using Mark from jim's pool care ever again as I've found Josh from clean tech pools Who actually knows how to talk to someone and explains everything in detail. So in a way I'm actually glad Mark told me to look elsewhere otherwise I wouldn't have found Josh.

Highly recommended, friendly, knowledgeable, quick and helpful.The boys at Jim’s pool care Hurstville came out yesterday as I was worried about an issue on my pool filter. They came out the next day, checked my problem & fixed it.The boys also checked my chemical levels, added their own products and did not charge me anything. That’s just amazing and goes to show you they won’t here to just make money but to make sure my issue was fixed and I was happy.I will definitely use these guys for all my pool services in the near future.Thank you for the help,

Have used Mark for several years now and would not go elsewhere. Highly competent, knowledgable, professional and does a mighty fine job every time. Knows my pool and my property, leaves everything clean and in order and locks up behind him- a champion!

Mark is a great professional! Very knowledgeable and helpful with everything we asked and he always does a great job with our regular cleans.A much better service than we were getting before with another pool shop and Mark also helped us with purchasing and installing new parts when our filter broke.Highly recommend!!!

Mark did a great job fixing and cleaning my pool. He offered a good price and was quick to respond (unlike another company I dealt with). He didn't mind travelling to the inner west for this job.
