no flash toilets" this may not be suitable for everyone. There are warning sign for snakes.location is nice and hidden from main road. Good place for a little break and stretching. Few shelter available with branch & table."

A sunny but very cold day on our way to Queanbeyan. Had to stop to check a noise under the car.Toilets are pit toilets....clean and tidy. Two picnic shelters undergoing work. Area overlooks a wetland with lots of swans and water birds.

Nice outlook, quiet area. Sign on motorway says potable water, but when you get to the rest area, sign says not suitable for drinking.

Great rest stop along the highway with long-drop public toilets and rubbish bins. Sadly the picnic tables and chairs need a little maintenance / work.Insert from VC Memorial here:On the night of 13th-14th April 1941

A nice rest stop. Further off the highway than the previous (Kibby VC) and screened by trees. Long-drop dunnies. Covered picnic tables. No potable water.Much better place to overnight if you really need to.

Another well maintained beautiful rest stop. Lake George very full at the moment.
