Went in with an PC issue where computer wouldn't start, it was fixed on the spot and the power supply was replaced. Fantastic service, they explained the issue and how they would solve it clearly. Definitely recommend them!

Got charged $60 for a GENERIC MacBook Air charger. It wasn’t even wrapped and didn’t come in a box. This is more than an Apple-branded charger is worth. Very greedy.

Brought my laptop in for repairs after I broke the case trying to repair it and received a reasonable quote for $130 and 10 days repairs.10 days on, I hear nothing. I call up to find out the wrong part had been ordered and it will be another week. Advise I'm moving away at the end of the week and require my laptop ASAP. Mistakes happen, they reorder another part. Only half committed answer that if it isn't ready by the time I move away if they will ship it.Another 5 days on the part has arrived, which again I had to call to find out. Later that day I get a call telling me the touch pad of the laptop isn't working (it was when I brought it in- I know that because I was still using it while the case was broken).After insisting the technician disassemble and reassemble the laptop, through some act of God the touch pad started working again (as it always did).The owners were telling me that it was like that before it came in and that I would have to send it for repairs (and of course pay for it) OR I could have my old broken case back - their best offer after 3 weeks was a laptop with a new broken touch pad and broken case for $0 or a fixed case and a broken touch pad - all for the low price of $90! What a deal! Again luckily the issue magically resolved itself. No apologies of course.Would not go back, would not recommend. I suppose you can take your laptop here if you're desperate but document what is and isn't working and make it quite clear when you expect repairs to be finalised (and what will happen if they're not).

Fantastic PC parts and repair shop. Sincere service with honesty and a smile. I’ve been using this business for years true I keep my requests simple and only go there occasionally but they have never let me down. They have never had to use the word no and have always tried to find a way to get me what I want. A positive attribute to good people in the small business sector.

The worst service. They sold me a laptop charger that fried my computer and it doesn't charge anymore. They said won't take responsibility. Terrible. DO NOT BUY OR DO ANYTHING THERE

Had a chargless and very slow laptop that is 11 years old, took it to pc4you, they fixed the battery and updated the whole thing at a very good price, it’s basically a new laptop now - amazing work and all in a few days

Brought in a laptop not working which had all my TAFE work. Quickly fixed and very reasonable charge. Thanks Justin and Linda.
